2️⃣ Real Estate Excise Tax (REET): this is a transfer tax for the sale of Real Estate, and in Washington, the amount ranges from 1.28% to 1.78%, depending on where you live.
3️⃣ Title & Escrow Fees: this is the smallest portion of the costs to sell, and includes the seller’s half of the escrow fee, the homeowner’s title insurance policy, and a couple of other small fees that may be unique to your particular property.
