EP 16 - SMOKED TILAPIA RECIPE - Hand Spear Catch n Cook | Catch n Fry

In this episode, I target the invasive freshwater fish called tilapia with a cheap hand spear at night. This was the perfect fish to test in a portable smoker I was given. I took the fish down to the creek the next morning and smoked the fillets on the grill. If you haven't tried this out yourself, give it a crack!
