Cleaning Water Budget Delhi CM spending on self propaganda to mislead the people - Meenakshi Lekhi

MP Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi said that the central government has allotted 900 crores rupees to the Delhi government for improving water supply but the government has not given any account of it. Water treatment plants are working beyond their capacity and hence water quality is affected. There is connivance between tanker mafia and kejriwal. Chief Minister is spending the public money on self propaganda to mislead the people which should have been spent on cleaning water.
