Catherine Beven asked: I am a 62-year-old woman who works full time and I’m very fortunate to have a fabulous job. The covert ageism I experienced during some interviews before securing my current role, was stressful to say the least. One person conducted a phone interview with me and had almost guaranteed me the job until I saw that he’d looked up my LinkedIn profile photo. I never heard from him again. How do we convince employers that people who are older are great workers with so much to contribute?
