The Power and Limits of Classification | Discussion | Primary Health Care Movement | Oct 30, 2019 In this discussion, we start with a social medicine case report from NEJM and then ponder on the effects of classification in primary health care, the relationship between classification and stereotypes, the apparent need for classification in busy settings (emergency departments and primary care centers), and the need for innovation in enabling healthcare providers to cater to the needs of such huge numbers without sacrificing on quality of care.
