Ahhhh Slow Triggers. My arch nemesis. Why am I so bad -- I know why I'm so bad at it. I'm not *actually* a very calming relaxing person. I can certainly ENJOY AND APPRECIATE a nice calm de-stressing environment, but physically moving slowly is hard for me ok!
