Lightning Fast Retirement Report Using Excel  Functions vs Power Query In this Tutorial I show you How to calculate retirement dates for a long list of employees, some of them retire at 60y and some retire at 65y based upon their hire date. I’ll be doing this by using IF Function, EDATE Function, Advanced Filter and Dynamic Arrays. As another option I’ll be using Power Query. Then create a report listing the employees retiring at 65 y.
