Grade 9 learner stabbed to death by a fellow pupil at a Sebokeng school

A 15 year old pupil has been arrested after he stabbed and killed a fellow pupil with a pair of scissors.
The incident happened at Thuto Tiro Secondary school in Sebokeng.
