👉 In today's lesson I'll show you my go-to ready-made keto snacks.

One of the most difficult parts of the Keto diet is finding healthy snacks that don’t kick you out of ketosis.
So here's the list of keto snacks I believe you should buy and have at home at all times.
1) Nut butters
You can find me occasionally on the couch after dinner, spooning nut butter out of a jar to increase my daily fat intake. Or maybe that's just my excuse… because I LOVE the taste and texture of nut butter.
Very fatty and very healthy though.
There are many brands and options, just experiment with it.
2) Keto protein bars
These really help a lot of people to stay on track. Maybe it's not the best keto food ever, but it's much better to grab a Keto protein bar than binge on your favorite chocolate bars and kick yourself out of ketosis.
3) Coconut Butter Cups
These chocolate covered Keto Cups from Eating Evolved are just too good, almost almighty. That's definitely a guilty pleasure. But more pleasure than guilt, since these are perfectly keto :)
Btw don’t bring them on trips because the chocolate tends to melt.
