Coastal Trail Run | North Devon - Saunton Sands to Baggy Point

Join me as I train for a 100km ultra trail challenge on the North Devon Coastal Path, this training run between Saunton Sands and Baggy Point by Croyde. Today I ran a 15km out and back route, familiarising myself with just a small part of the Barnstaple to Minehead challenge. I take my faithful dog Jet along with me for the exercise and company. She loves it. It stimulates her mind as well as keeping her fit and healthy. It's not bad exercise for me either! Just a 3 minute video giving you some of the beautiful sights on the North Devon coastline.

This was a great pick-me-up run, with lovely weather and lots of lovely people out on the Coastal Path to say hi to.
