Back flexibility and hip opening flow. In this video I am doing some yoga poses to improve my back strength and flexibility. Cat cow pose gives a nice back flexibility and help ease any kind of back pain. Making your back strong and supple.
And some hip opener like mandukasana to open your hips and prepare for some advance yoga poses.
