No medical help for prisoners in Putnam County?

During a protest of Putnam County sheriff's office, I was approached by a distraught woman regarding her son's glasses and medical condition. Much of the medical information about her son was redacted. I promised her that I would not release the information.
It was all fun and games until they were on camera. The glasses and medical attention were provided after this encounter.
My camera failed to rotate in the last scene.
