In this video, I’m going to share with you how to boost your pregnenolone for more hormone energy.

What is pregnenolone?

Pregnenolone is a precursor or a main building block to make your sex hormones and stress hormones.

These hormones are:

• DHEA
• Estrogen
• Progesterone
• Testosterone
• Cortisol

Pregnenolone is made out of cholesterol. We need cholesterol. It’s very important. If you don’t have enough pregnenolone from cholesterol:

• Your memory suffers
• You get tired
• You get brain fog
• You can’t sleep
• You lose vitality
• You lose libido
• Your body fills with inflammation

When you go through stress, you may experience what’s known as “pregnenolone steal.” This is when the adrenals hog pregnenolone and don’t leave enough for making essential hormones. So stress could be one reason why you don’t have enough pregnenolone.

If your thyroid is slow, that may also be the reason you aren’t making enough pregnenolone. In which case, you need to watch my video covering what to do if you have a thyroid problem.

There are a few points you need to understand:

• Make sure you have enough cholesterol
• Keep your insulin low
• Lower your stress
• Get enough sun
• Take sea salt
• Thyroid FxN

You may benefit from taking a pregnenolone supplement. It’s very easy to get, and it’s not that expensive. This could really give you a nice boost and help you take advantage of the benefits of pregnenolone, especially if you’re going through menopause or pre-menopause. I don’t recommend any specific brand, so be sure to read pregnenolone reviews and then follow the recommended dosage.
