There's no denying it, the Amazon Echo Show 5 is hot garbage and should not have been released in it's current state, and I've bought one just to prove it. Amazon hasn't fixed all the suckage with the previous 4 Echo Shows so why have they released yet ANOTHER one?? We've had 5 echo shows in 2 years!! This is an honest Echo Show 5 review with 1 aim: Make Amazon fix their junk.
The Echo Show has always been some half baked tablet with a nice speaker and Alexa built in, but nothing of value has changed in 5 iterations. The tiny improvements to the latest offering do not address any of the key reasons for wanting to own a screen based device. It's time they stopped releasing the same device over and over again without fixing it's core issues.
