Do GUITAR AMP Capacitors Work in Your Air Conditioner?

Do GUITAR AMP Capacitors Work in Your Air Conditioner? Check out Forever Pick:
The dog days of summer have arrived and my AC unit recently took a dump on me. In this video, we'll troubleshoot the issue and, in the process, see whether common capacitors like those used in tube guitar amps can serve as substitutes for those found in HVAC system.

UPDATE:
Ok, so turns out the "HERM" compressor cap is a non-polarized AC cap. So what I could have done is actually taken two 60uf caps (uncommon value though) and put them in series with the positive ends toward the outside and the negative terminals tied together. That probably would have worked!
