Some dog owners should not be allowed to own animals or even be near them at any one time.

To most people, it would be unthinkable to abandon a puppy on the road site. But this is what a Florida man was caught doing.

The safety and security of our animals are of great importance to animal lovers.

Dogs and cats are part of us. They aren’t just animals. They have feelings and therefore deserve the best care and treatment from us.

Dogs do not know why they are abused or mistreated. They don’t understand why someone they trusted turned against them.

The only thing they know is that someone they thought was a leader, a friend, and part of them has abandoned them.
