What is Altotherapy.com?

It is Alternatives to Therapy. It was started by me, Adam J. Biec, a psychotherapist practicing out of NY. Generally speaking, people have 2 options of treatment: Psychotherapy and Medication. However, there is a 3rd option: Exercise. The problem with the 3rd option is the "New Years Resolution" obstacle. Exercise is notoriously difficult to turn into a habit (~80% of people fail). Since my job as a psychotherapist is to help people break bad habits and develop good ones, I'm in an excellent position to leverage my skill-set to help you turn exercise into a lifelong habit.
