Overwatch: HUGE Brigitte Rework! - ALL Ultimates NERFED!

With Role Lock / Role Queue / 2-2-2 getting tested on the PTR a HUGE patch getting the heroes ready for a role lock system is coming with a NEW Passive buff to Reinhardt, a full kit overhaul to Brigitte giving her a healer rework while nerfing her tankiness. Tracer Symmetra Ashe get buffs, Sombra gets a nerf and ALL Ultimates are nerfed across the board, reducing their charge rate by 12% for everyone, this will result in midfight heroes being a touch stronger and heroes who need big ultimates to lack a bit of pace in the ult economy, perhaps lowering their power overall.
